Landscape Design

Our goal is to shape vibrant and alluring outdoor spaces that will grow more beautiful with time. Enhancing landscapes in a simple, low-maintenance, and functional way is what we love to do.

From small consultations offering advice on plants to enliven your garden to a complete landscape design, we approach each project by thoughtfully considering our client’s needs, locality, and budget.

Initial COnsultation

$90/hr

At this appointment, we get to know our clients, learn about the property, identify design priorities, and discuss the budget and timeline for implementing the desired landscaping plan. Upon scheduling this consultation, a client questionnaire will be sent, as it will efficiently guide the discussion. Following the initial consultation a written summary of what will be addressed, the design fee, and a tentative completion timeline will be sent to you for approval. The initial consultation fee of $90.00 will be credited towards the total design fee if you choose to use our services.

Landscape Design FEes & PRICING

Starting at a fee of $2000 the scope of design work includes:

  • Rendering sketches of areas to be redesigned, and an idea board with suggested plants and materials to communicate the preliminary design concept. 
  • Detailed aerial view to scale, depicting newly designed areas, positioning of structures, patios, plants, and other hardscape materials. This drawing generally guides estimates and installation by a landscape contractor. 
  • A plant schedule and photo catalog with common and botanical names of the suggested plants specific to your growing zone.
  • A list of hardscape materials specifying sizes and approximate amounts required.

For projects above 2,500 sq. ft. additional square footage is charged at $0.45/sq. ft.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

  • Revisions to the design as desired by the client.
  • Plant selection at the nursery.
  • Installation oversight in coordination with the landscape contractor or client.

Interior Styling & DECOR

$90/hr

In a creative collaboration, we guide clients in defining their style to suggest what furnishings and accessories already in the home could be rearranged, repurposed, or replaced so the space is comfortable, practical, and beautiful.

  • An initial design consultation to determine the scope of work and budget.
  • A personalized design board detailing the highlights of the work to be done and a complete purchase list of items needed to complete the design.
  • A one-day appointment to style the predetermined spaces. (Up to 6 hours)

Home Staging

Staging a home in preparation for the real estate market has proven to increase the traffic of potential buyers and result in successful offers. Most buyers view homes online – so the first impression of the property needs to be bright and fresh! The investment in home staging is worth the cost when compared to implementing a price reduction.

We do a complete walk-through of the property, taking inventory of which items to highlight and utilize in staging the home for potential buyers. We work with clients to determine any prep work that may be required and then set an appointment to stage the home for photos.

If you would like advice and an actionable checklist for preparing your home to go on the market, we offer a home staging consultation for $200.00. At this time, we do not stage vacant homes.

Holiday Decor

We find great joy in transitioning homes from one season to the next! After an initial consultation to gain direction for the decor, we work with our clients to determine a budget and installation time frame. Please schedule an appointment at least two weeks before the holiday or season you wish to decorate for.

Color Consultation

$250

Appropriate use of color significantly influences the impression of a place and could also increase the value of a home. We take time to carefully consider client preferences, current or desired furnishings, lighting, home finishes, and landscaping to recommend the ideal interior and/or exterior colors.

  • An initial design consultation to determine the scope of work.
  • A personalized design board detailing color selections.
  • Clients often choose to expand the scope of the project to include a selection of new finishes and fixtures to give their home a more complete update.
